Q1: What the latest version in Passleader.com?
All the Products are fully updated. Our Product Manager keeps an eye for Exam updates by Vendors. You can get the latest version from user center (Product downloaded from user center is always the latest.)
Q2: How often do you update your study materials?
We update in accord with the vendors if they change the question, our professional team will update our question and answer in a week.
Q3: Do I have to pay for the updated information?
Free update is available within one year after your purchase. If you want updated questions after one year, just login your account in Passleader.com, and you will get 30% discounts. NOTE: No free exchange if the exam be expired in one year.
Q4: The number of Questions is less than before, why?
Believe us, we trust quality not quantity. And the numbers become less may because the recent update.
Q2: How can I install the lab products in PDF format?
Before installation, you will need a certificate-key, and then follow the steps, decompress the file that bought from Authorizedumps.com, click the decompressed folded, double-click the file Key.pfx to install certificate-key, input your password, done! Usually, you can read the file by double clicking the PDF document, if you can’t open the file, please download Adobe reader from this link http://get.adobe.com/reader/ and trying using the Product.
Q4: How to extend my expired product?
Renew your product please! Just click the ‘Renew’ button next to each expired product in your User Center. Renewal of expired product is with 30% discount of the original price and you can use it for another one year.

A: For Lab user, you will need Adobe Reader and AVI player;
Login failed & Trouble Shooting
Q1. If I can’t login the user center or I forget may password, what should I do?
A: Make sure you are filling the correct username and password, you can apply for getting password though email; if still can’t work, please go to our live support, then we will reset your new password.
Q2: After login, I can’t login my user center, but taken back to the homepage.
A: sometimes the problem would be your internet browser. You can change the internet settings and restart your computer, or you can try to change the internet browser such as FireFox. If the problem persists, please feel free to contact us.
Q3. How do I open the product file?
A: Always the products are zipped for efficient transmission. You can decompress the product files using WinZip or winRAR. Just double click the zip files.
Q1. How do I pay for the order?
A: There are currently many ways to pay, most customers use online payment with credit card. Q4. How do I pay for it when I always get “unauthorized” message?
A: First you should make sure that the information you filled are correct, and clear all the cookies, close the firewall. You can select to pay via other methods. If it’s rejected from the bank, you will reach alternative page for payment. Then you can make another option. Q5. Why my payment is different from the bill?
A: authorizedumps.com is US dollar based currency system, if your currency paid by others such as Pound, Euro or any other, they will be conversed to US dollar, so there may be different of your bill. Also we set the real-time currency exchange rate as the standard. So the payment bill will different as your bank performs exchange settlement to US dollars.
Q6. Why am I still being charging for 2 or 3 USD after my payment?
A: That is the transaction fee of your bank that you can contact them to make sure. We would not do any additional charges to our customers.

Q8. How are the goods delivered?
A: All purchases are downloaded from the internet or by e-mail. You will have access to your purchases 30 minutes after we receive your money. If not, please contact us.
Q1. How can I ask for a refund if I fail the exam?
A: If you fail the first attempt of exam, you can claim refund for your purchased products. Please send us your original fail report in PDF format and the refund form with proposed solution.
